Ian and Judy,
I originally wanted to change it to be operated from the cockpit.
I even bought the correct car for the project, but after some thought I
decided it was just one more thing to clutter up th boat.
Here is the note that I received from Olivier at Amel when I wanted to
change the car.
It is the number for the car that came with the boat.
Dear Sir,
the lewmar mizzen traveller is a 29331046.

Hi Anne and John, Thanks for that. We are off to Bonifacio on Monday. We
have a berth reserved in Ragusa for this coming winter and also for July and
August when we desert the Med for sunny London... Cheers, Ian and Judy. Pen

Hello Ian and Judy,
Google tells me that there is a Lewmar Agent in
Bonifacio..........Bon-Ship, Quay Nord, Bonifacio, (4) 95 73 04 12,
boniship@... <mailto:boniship%40bigship.fr> .
I altered mine so that I can move the car from the cockpit using new
Lewmar endstops etc. and from a poor memory I think the size is No 1 but am
not sure. Bali Hai is still in the marina in Ragusa as they had a special
rate for May of only 360 euros. whereas a berth in Malta would have cost
1500 euros. If you are still planning on overwintering in Ragusa I suggest
that you get a quote and make a booking as they may have a lot more demand
next winter as the word gets about.
Best wishes, Anne and John, SM319

Hi Y'all, The plastic ends of our mizzen traveller died today, thankfully
while not under sail but while moving the traveller across while at anchor.
Lots of the ball bearings shot overboard . Looking at the traveller itself,
the body is pretty worn . I want to order a replacement from Lewmar. Has
anyone ordered such a replacement and if so do they have the part number ?
