I received another fax from Amel again stating that the electric heating element is 600 watts. This despite the fact that I faxed them the parts list from Quick showing that there IS NOT a 600 watt element for this unit. I plan on calling them again on this but it seems that confusion continues on this point.
John, I would really like to get your take on the replacement procedure for the electric heating element.
