We had a similar experience a year or so ago with our SM 336, MALAIKA II. It
turned out that one of the microswitches had slipped out of adjustment causing
the safety interlock to stop the bowthruster motor from operating. AMEL sent
us a series of patterns for the lights on the sensors (fully up, raising,
lowering, fully down) and we were easily able to readjust the switches.
