Any information that I have comes directly from the Inmarsat website that states
Imarsat B with voice distress which was due to close December 2014 has now been extended to December 2016. I think that may be Mini M but I'm not sure.
I am please to see with Fleet that they are now actively promoting the use of the emergency 505 number which has been around for a while but many people were unaware of it. You have a redirected connection to Holland,USA or Australia in emergencies.
