Well, you're a licensed MD and I used to be a licensed PE.  But mostly, when you fix this stuff for 15 years you pick up a lot of arcane info!

The "TC" designation on the seals you bought, John, does indeed specify that it has a double lip. The single lip would be "SC". yada yada yada....
