I love the St. Michael's area. It's a great town, I think has room for several boats either at the dock or anchored just offshore. What about that for a rendezvous place?

Mike, We knew you moved from the Sassafras to Rock Hall. I think to be fair, we need to be as central as possible , while still having a good anchorage and a beautiful and interesting place for everyone to visit. I am building a summer house here where  we live, and the people want in asap, I expect to be finished by July. So early to mid July would work or me. Once we know who is coming we can iron out the details off site. Pat

Pat,

Tom and I moved Aletes to North Point Marina in Rock Hall. It's in the northern bay, not central, but the marina is ideally situated for getting together. It's located at the breakwater with a nice pavilion that easily seats over 100. There's also a hotel here as well and a few slips deep enough for us. We sometimes bump on the way in at low tide, but anchoring outside the breakwater is generally OK in the Chesapeake mud.

Have you thought about when? Aletes is off to Maine for the month of June.
