Hi Alan We are in Italy and our godson just joined us bringing some chemicals from his girlfriend's place: material used by the winemaking industry! He was assured they were comparable... They are potassium metabisulphate (not sodium) and sodium carbonate/poliphosphate. Would these do? If not, I'm thinking of using them to clean the bilge... Kind regards Keith GUMA (SM 261)
