I too have had previously good experience when dealing with Amel SAV(Service apres Vente) when Maud was the contact.
However, since Emilie has been there, the communication has been very unsatisfactory.
I finally managed to get a response from Emilie when I started copying in amel@... with the whole email thread and asking "Why don't you answer me?"
I notice that Emiie signs herself as "Emilie BALLION in temporary replacement of Maud TOUILLET"
Temporary...so hopefully Maud will return.
