Alex,

Here are the possibilities in the order of possibility:
  1. Some older LED's require reverse polarity...try reversing the polarity at the output transformer.
  2. Your old transformer may have sent too much voltage to the bulbs and ruined them.
  3. There is not sufficient current going to the bulbs (I am sure this is not the case, but you could have 24 VDC output with not enough amperage to light the LED's.) attaching a LED at the output of the transformer will eliminate or confirm this possibility.
  4. There is a break in the wire inside the mast or at the fixture.
I think that is about it.

Well, after putting new voltage regulator still not working.
Using a Volt meter, I can see I get 24 volt going to the anchor light but the light itself is not working… Am I doing it correctly?
For the tricolor, I can only measure 0.6 Volt… (of course not working) and I can see some of my other anchor and steaming light on the 24 volt panel being slightly light - obviously some current going there).
Has anyone experience faulty wire going to the top of the mast? Any suggestion? (
never excited to climb up there, especially since I am by myself and will need to ask my neighbors for help).
