Yes, I made a mistake. The capacitors are 30mf each. I split the motor looking for a centrifugal switch to disconnect the "start capacitors". There was none, making the existing ones run capacitors which remain in the circuit and must be of a low value. I am slowly learning more about single phase motors. Replaced capacitors as per your recommendation and now it starts fine thank you.
