One solution is to use the old bushing to gently push each seal into a position so the second and the the third seal is inside shaft. Then push the bushing gently into position and use the old bushing and a rubber hammer to put the set in to final position.

Could someone give me the dimensions of the pipe you use to push the new seals over the propshaft and into the C-drive housing.
