Rink, Bill, Paul, Thanks! We have just been donated two Turkish tanks by a yacht moving west, who insisted that we would need them in Turkey. Of course, they didn't have the benefit of this site to put them right, or they just wanted to clear their lockers.
Once they are a safe distance away we will redonate ( probably to a scrap yard ) !

We have been 5 years in Turkey and were always able to get the right (camping) gas.
However the are not in official labeled "camping gaz" bottles. Also the colors vary.
We learned that you have to explicitly ask for camping gas. They also use the same type of bottles for non camping gas.
