Hi Alexander:

I verified that the engine fault breaker (CB2), generator fault breaker (CB5) were set and not tripping.  Also the Engine Run/Emergency Stop  red switch (CB4) is on.  CB1 is the DC Circuit Breaker and it has not tripped and is set.  When it is turned off the engine will not crank.
