Good morning Paul,

For the Bow Thruster:
You know you will need the 3 neoprene seals from Amel (2 of 1 type, one of another).
3 bearing: 6006 JEM (Open Bearing)
1 seal: 30 x 42 x 7 (plane more than 1, as I broke 1 when I put it on not well the first time). This is the one where the propeller is.
1 seal: 60 x 80 x 12 (that goes inside the boat in the forward cabin).
O ring 78.00 x 3.00
O ring 40.00 x 2.50
Somehow on my list I have a bearing: 6204 2 RS JEM (but I think this is at the top for the electric motor, never replaced it).

I am with you on the 60 x 80 x 12 seal.
After 10 months my bow thruster starts to leak.

I have looked att the files concerning
repair of the bow truster, but I can't find what
size/specification of the lip seals. I urgently need to get
hold of new lip seal especially for the side where the
propeller are, but when working on it better to fix both
side. Does any one know the part number or specification for
those?An other question there should be
a lip seal where the bow thruster shaft pass the hull, but
as the hole is large enough for putting tape on the shaft
when lowering it when in water, Can that lip seal do any
