I prefer to give a bit more credit to the guys at Amel that they know their market and what it takes to design, build and sell a boat in that price range. There is little doubt they are superb quality and market leaders as well as much better value than their main rivals. They also have the problem of competition from the used Amel market which very well furnished many intrepid world girdlers.
