I have e-mailed the Amel After Sales Support twice over the last 2 weeks ordering parts and requesting information. I have not heard back from them after requesting confirmation of my order. I used the following e-mail address, sav@amel.fr to place the order. Does Amel After Sales respond to these e-mails with confirmation? I purchased my Amel just a few months ago and this is my first experience with ordering parts. Is there some other method I need to use to contact Amel to order parts?
