Not on my Amel. If I did, probably in the engine room or even one of the
heads under the towel racks (they output waste water so you need a drain).

But, the short version:
Quiet!
Doesn't need much attention, just does its job
Relatively low power output compared to a generator, but then you
don't mind leaving it running for longer or at night
One more flammable liquid to carry.
