Hello all,
The switches and rubber caps are made by a company (ENG) in Turkey. The shipping is expensive to the US but does not increase with the amount purchased. Someone should think about buying a box full. I have a life-time supply. This is the email I received from the company:

We can only send the goods with DHL , delivery cost is 30 Euro .
