Is there anyone nearby to ANNAPOLIS willing and available to help me with refitting the lip-seals and wearing-out bearing for the prop shaft.

Things have gone far less smoothly than expected and, as the new lip-seals were inserted back-to-front, the job has to be started again from scratch.  Just having someone on-hand who has successfully done it before and is willing to impart a few tricks'n'tips, would be a great and welcome re-assurance.
