•         If the caps are removed there is a risk of water accumulating and sloshing around the dodger frame

•          There is ample room to rewire the cockpit lamp thought the center support of the dodger facing the bow
  
• 
  
•         We also wired speakers to the sides of the dodger and installed Jabsco connectors which tend to get dirty with copper oxide
  
• 
  
•         The dodger is heavy but can be lifted by two strong people. The only problem is the size and the awkward shape
  
• 
  
•         We removed the dodger to reapply new gelcoat, which we did on all the deck
