It depends on which water maker and where the membranes were mounted at the time installed. It also depends on if the previous owner relocated anything.
Every Dessalator water maker I have seen has 3/8 inch JIC fittings.
Trinidad was four times the price that I found in Houston when I had 2 new hoses made for a 160 liter Dessalator water maker for SM#387. The company in Houston used hydraulic high pressure 1/2" hose with stainless steel crimped-on 3/8" JIC fittings. The original was 3/8" hose. I bought 2 stainless steel 3/8" JIC elbows to make a neater install.
