Good afternoon Eamonn,

No worry about making a ladder in Greece! Mine is only interesting for people that are in the Caribbean! Definitely agree with you on the choice of aluminum! I know about the 2 length available 2.9 or like mine 3.1 meter, but I did not know about the width! Mine is 40 cm, I wonder if all 3.1 meter are 40 cm! Also thanks for letting me know the price! Enjoy your trip!!! Let me know if you come this side of the Atlantic, would love to meet you! Sincerely, Alexandre --------------------------------------------

I have seen some SM with stainless steel replacement ladders, which are cheaper to make but 3 times heavier, so I am sure other SM owners would be interested in a lightweight original. Also note, I discovered that there are 2 different widths; older SM like mine are 35cm wide, while newer ones are wider (40cm maybe)? By the way, it costs 1050 euro plus VAT including anodising. They cannibalized the stainless steel parts from the damaged swim ladder. Eamonn Washington Travel Bug SM 151 Cleopatra Marina
