I did it recently and after sales at Amel were really cooperative.
You can write at sav(at)amel.com and ask for Maud but tell her that Maxime did the purchasing for us and is updated about that.
Following our experience, it requires some time for the delivery but the part is the exact one which was destroyed during the pacific passage (was mostly worn by sun and salt after years)
