I run It's all Good around 1800-2000 which gives me 6.5 - 7 knots depending on conditions. If I am motor sailing the throttle gets dropped to 1400-1600 and I usually yield the same speed. I do run it at 2800-3000 for about 5 minutes during each day to "blow out" the carbon build up and spool up the turbo, this RPM pushes me around 8.6-9knots. I am also running a Yanmar 4JH4-HTE. Sounds like Mark from Creampuff runs his ship the exact same way I do.
