We have an AutoProp. So, I am not sure if the same applies. You should
be able to turn each blade with one figure. If one of the blades is more stiff
then the others, it may need to be lubed.

Ciao Mark! The prop seemed to be moving freely but tbh I didn't wiggle it
around that much either on land or underwater. Could pressure washing it have
done something to it? It's a Maxprop feathering btw..
