I ordered plain ss rod online and had a machine shop cut the threads (ss requires special thread cutters) so that with 2 nuts and lock washers they could be mounted as were the originals.
I picked up some tubing at a hardware store that was a snug fit and UV resistance. I don’t recall the actual material. I have notice no problem after 3 years with this.

Hi All, my swivel arms/Horns for the Genoa furler are all bent up, I don't have a problem getting new ones made up so my question is does anyone know where to get the rubber covers that go on the stainless rods.
