The only way is to take them down, remove the blade and wash the blade and cage completely. Do not coat them with anything that will attract dust like WD40. Lubrication of the bushing should be done with silicone grease... don't overdo this.

We have tried many ways to clean the Hella ventilation fans.
Does anyone have a super cool way to clean the dust from these fans?
