If you experience any difficulty during re-assembly just ease the tension of the outhaul line. That line, if under a great deal of tension, can cock the Anderson Winch "cap" slightly causing a small misalignment with the gearbox slotted shaft. Usually the rubber grommets that isolate the gearbox from the boom bracket allow for enough movement to allow the well lubricated outhaul shaft to be inserted very easily without having to do this.
