IMPORTANT CORRECTION: In my earlier message, below, I stated you need a normally open switch.  You need a NORMALLY CLOSED switch.  In operation the the bow thruster raises or lowers and contacts the switch OPENING the circuit thereby removing power from the lift motor.  Sorry for the incorrect information earlier.

You could look for a Momentary Pushbutton Switch with a raised button and a N.O. (normally open) contact that is 12mm in diameter.  Similar to the link below.  The switch shown is 16mm, I was not able to find 12mm so I modified the bracket.  You can also wire it so the light is on or off based on the switch contacts, I did not use this feature.  Best Regards.
