Hi Kent,
The "dust cover" is not a lip seal, it's a "V" dirt seal - NAK V-045 50-40-4.5.

The lip seals are: top: 58 46 7; bottom: 33 25 6

Also, I think that assembly just wants grease, not gear oil, like your winches.
