All - The machine shop finally came back (my job was low priority vs his COVID job backlog).  He made the new part half thick and now made of SS316 instead of Alu.  I like those a lot.  About to order the rest of my pieces. 
To everyone that reached out to me back in April asking for pieces, I will re-contact with you offline to confirm Qty, Address.
Anyone else interested, I plan to place a volume order in a couple weeks after I get the total Qty. My email again (blouin_dion@...).
