Here is what I had onboard, which was 2 full set of docking line (a set being 2 bow line, 2 stern lines, only 1 breast line).  

My normal set was 3/4

My secondary was 7/8

Also had snubber and long lines.  


Since I saw several cleats break in Marina, I often double the lines (example, 2 lines from bow going to 2 different cleats).  


Since lines are expensive, I protected them with firehose.  

I highly recommend that, especially since firehose is pretty cheap;
