In addition to Playboy in Dania, there's also Cracker Boy in either Riviera Beach (West Palm) or in Fort Pierce. All three will be in the  $4000-4500 range for two months on the hard plus $1000+ for haul, wash and splash.
Need to buy paint & supplies from them, but in my experience at all three their prices are competitive. Do check specific current rates for your boat and live-aboard policy, if you want that.
