There are two options for the halyard lead.  Harken makes one with a roller and Selden makes one that‘s more like a smooth bushing.  I installed the Selden since my rigger commented that the stainless casing for the Harken roller might chafe the halyard when it comes off it at a slight angle.  Selden is the lead HR installs on their boats I‘m told.  I attach pictures of both.
