Finally I have put Genoa dawn, cleaned swivel with fresh water. When turning it I felt a little step at one point but no much. Then I put tension on swivel as it was with sail up and and step actually stoped swivel turning. There was about 1/2-3/4 of cm movement left and right of lower part of swivel. I added video as my English is not that good. Swivel needs overhauling or just replacement off bearing balls.
