My SM was in Venice at the time I purchased her in July 2020. Was French flag boat. It took 2 month (due to Covid restrictions)  to had  her cleared from French boat registry and then 1 week in Slovenia to get Slovenian registry. It took a week because Bonne Anse is Ocean going boat that requires special check from authority approved agency. All cost including the check was 500 Euro. All was done by e-mail.
