 It’s a reverse cycle Heat Pump system.

Go to each of your room thermostat and switch it to heat and raise the temp above the room temperature and it will be fine.

Yes is working on both mode in the galley you need to switch the right mode or heat or cool next activate the switch that give the compressor the rest should be automatic

 maybe you need to adjust the temperature as well maybe you put max down form summer time.
