We are cruising the Northwest, British Columbia and the inside passage to Alaska. We wanted a dinghy that could make long exploration runs. We bought an Avon 340 Rib with a 20HP Honda four stroke. Happily I discovered that by lengthening the lines on the lift I could easily raise it with the main winches. We moved our stern light to the davits cross brace and added a flag holder as well.
