Machine shops make all kinds of parts out of plastic, nylon, etc. I'm not sure they could make this part, but it wouldn't cost anything to ask. I personally have never seen anything they couldn't make. It would probably take 3 or 4 hours to set up the machine to make the part, and would be too pricey to make just one of them, but... if we want 10 of them maybe the cost would be worth it.
