Alexandre, here is what I paid.
On visual inspection It does need a new bearing kit. All 3-blades bearings are worn & the blades loose on the hub.
Cost for Bearing Kit - $851.83. Includes new

Microscopic corrosion on low voltage electronics will kill the item. I have revived, from the dead, about $10,000 worth of electronic gear by coating the electronics, boards, and everything

New hydrophilic spray product
I've seen a commercial on TV about this product now distributed by RustOleum. It's really impressive on TV. I thought treating electrical and electronic equipment might help prevent corrosion.

Kent, they were not rigged when that photo was taken. They are rigged now and work well to raise the dinghy and also the passerelle.
Regarding the weight, it did not seem to make a noticeable
