Re: [Amel Yacht Owners] Genoa fuling gear - Grease Nipple - Zerk Fittings
I was going to ask , if putting a lower and a higher hole would be a good way to go. I think it makes sense. What type or weight of grease should be used? Thanks, Pat

Wiring capacitor on low pressure pump
The capacitor on my 220v low pressure water maker pump went poof. I have purchased a replacement but the original does not seem to have any markings. Does it matter which way I wire the new capacitor

I am interested in one or both of them. One of mine died last year and I haven't replaced it yet.

Re: [Amel Yacht Owners] Cheasapeake Bay Rendezvous
I love the St. Michael's area. It's a great town, I think has room for several boats either at the dock or anchored just offshore. What about that for a rendezvous place?

Re: [Amel Yacht Owners] hot water pressure valve leaking and solar hot water
The pressure valve is easy to replace, but not necessary all the time. Try opening it up and popping it off a few times. That usually does the trick. John "Moon Dog"

I haven't done it yet, but I wouldn't use stainless plugs in the aluminum housing, I'd use nylon bolts.

Hi All,
Hi all,
Adding grease nipples to all furling gear housings is a priority on my to do list. I like the idea of having 2 stainless steel bolts with the same thread as the grease
