Hi Kent -
I never spotted any manufacturer's identification on mine, unlike the boom and mast reduction gears that were clearly marked "Bonfiglioli". There was a motor manufacturer's nameplate, but

Re: [Amel Yacht Owners] Bow Thruster Prop ... yes, I'm new here.
OK .. Got it! Thanks. It was just stuck hard. Two properly placed pry bars and a tap on the shaft with a plastic hammer did the trick. I'm just shy yet, I guess.

Yes Gary, there's a pin that hola the hub on the shaft. The nylon bolts hold the prop on the hub. Once the bolts are out you can pull the prop off...be careful the pin doesn't drop out and get lost

Hi all. Requesting your forbearance on a newbie question, but aside from 6 nylon screws and some friction, what else holds that bow thruster prop in place? I see on the photos and diagrams that

Light Air Sails / Bow Sprits and attachment points
Good day, I would like to get an idea of how many Amel owners have retrofitted their boats with light Air sails and of more interest how often are they used. I am specifically referring to Spinnakers,

Re: [Amel Yacht Owners] Fore and aft loading a SM
I suspect that the built in waterline being topsy turvey maybe because the line was originally correct when Amel was making a shorter modelperhaps the Maramu. Then they lengthened the mould each time

Same issue with any address.
You need to spell it in a way is does not look like an email address. I guess Derick advice is ok.

Re: [Amel Yacht Owners] Microwave oven.
We bought a Chinese made Madea brand 230V 50htz combo grill microwave while in Bonaire in 2007. It has a stainless steel front and fit perfectly. I am sure that they have probably changed models in 7

Microwave oven.
Hello Brethren Amel Lovers,
I have a very mundane question; we need a new MW/Grill/Convection unit. TWTMBO (... must be obeyed) wants a more multi tasking unit.
Anyone have suggestions? Limited by

Colin, I think Alan was telling you that Yahoo truncates email addresses from your email and he does not know what comes after the @ symbol. You will have to spell it out for him using "at" instead

What about backstays? I would expect that this was required, at least in heavy weather?
