Re: [Amel Yacht Owners] Low House Battery
Mark,
The simple answer is yes.
The rest of the answer is I am not sure because I never had reason to check everything. I know that the breaker to the 3 Sailor 24 to 12 volt converters stays hot

Re: Cutlass bearing?
Sounds more like mounts, alignment, or shaft issue, but the bearing isn't hard to check if you're able to dive on the boat. It's easier when hauled of course, but you can check for play by seeing if

Some are advocating pumping antifreeze through their fresh water pump, anchor wash pump, AC pump, etc. If as AnnSophie says, antifreeze is bad for rubber, would it not damage the rubber in the pumps,

Hi you might also take a look at any collection of debris on the propeller propeller shaft as the vibration comes and goes which is usually a good sign of imbalance

Re: [Amel Yacht Owners] Cutlass bearing?
Hello Tom,
I doubt it will be your Cutlass bearing. Have a look at your engine mounts and engine alignment. I think that's where your problem starts
Good luck

No no no no! Don't put antifreeze in your toilets. It will destroy all the rubber. Rins with fresh water. Close the valve and pump some vinaigre in to the hoses and holdingtank, and leave for a couple
