Cooked a battery
I think my course of action is set because of our locale, but wanted to run it by the group for some expert advice. This morning we awoke to the unmistakable scent of battery acid in the passageway.

Re: [Amel Yacht Owners] Bulge in Engine Hatch Cover and elsewhere.
Hello Gerhard,
The repair is well known and you can have it done by Riza Cagdas at Emek Marine in Goček Turkey.
Every report indicates a good repair.
Cheers,

Chantiers Amel Visit
Dear all,
I was lucky enough to have a Paris trip rostered this week so I decided to visit the Amel team and see where my amazing yacht was born.
I had sent an email which was replied to immediately

Re: [Amel Yacht Owners] Companionway Gasket
I had to drill three holes using the old one as a template. It'll be obvious when you look at it.
