Vinyl overhead covering
In several places, the vinyl covering on the overhead is not adhering to the structure. Has anyone found an effective adhesive to repair/correct this condition?

Re: [Amel Yacht Owners] winter marinas in Greece
Hi Attilio & Ann-Sofie,
Attilio thanks for the info regarding Rhodes marina. I'll just wait till they install that breakwater and maybe it's an option then for winter.

Re: [Amel Yacht Owners] 24 volt charger on Yanmar quit working causing DC panel light to indicate fault
Ben,
Just remember to take a few photos of the alternator before you remove it. I would take it to an alternator shop. They usually can exchange it for you or rebuild it. I would go for the rebuild

Re: [Amel Yacht Owners] 24 volt charger on Yanmar quit working causing DC panel light to indicate fault
Eric,
I have the Yanmar 4JH3-TE which is 75 hp. You are correct I was getting house battery voltage . When I started motor I should have had some higher voltage if charger had worked but I did not.

Re: [Amel Yacht Owners] Onan Cranks But Won't Start
Hi Gary,
I pretty much went through what you did. Also had the injectors rebuilt all to no avail. Even checked for obstruction BETWEEN the exhaust mixing elbow and the thruhull. Ultimately loosening

Re: [Amel Yacht Owners] Onan Cranks But Won't Start
Hi Mike:
I am thinking that exhaust restriction is a possibility.
The fuel supply side checks out:
- New RaCore Filters prior to haul out and are clear
- Fuel topped up so condensation

Read the other reply, did you check all the fuse/breakers, especially the "Field" were on?

Dear Olivier
Thank you very much for your explications. They are very helpful to me. I just got new sails from Qsails in Izmir, and of course I want to treat them right from the beginning.

the Onan sometimes starts with difficulties because of electric power (although the main engine starts easily).
Is your starter battery in good condition (how old is it?)? Did you

Re: [Amel Yacht Owners] genoa furler holding plate
Hello Daniel,
in fact, you should adjust the tension on all halyards according to the wind conditions. The best way is to have a look at the luff (of each sail) when it is fully out and under load.
