Re: [Amel Yacht Owners] Motor Mount Life Span
Hi Kent,
I was thinking of replacing my engine mounts. You made a disk to align the engine. Do you have a drawing of it?
I would like to make on.

Re: [Amel Yacht Owners] Re: What size of anchor Rockna for Maramu.
Our 1985 Maramu "Chara" has a Rocna 33 and I needed to extend the anchor roller to make it fit properly. I've been happy with the holding.

Re: [Amel Yacht Owners] 12V & 24V receptacles
The 12 power is supplied by a converter in the cubby behind the aft door under the nav station. There is also a circuit breaker in the wet locker on the forward side that turns on the nav station.

I use a Rocna 33 on my Maramu #148 and have no complaints so far. Yes, it looks sooo big in the shop, but you hardly notice it when mounted.
It settles quite well into the standard roll, though you

Re: What size of anchor Rockna for Maramu.
Jean-Paul,
I have a Manson Supreme 60lb. Similar to Rocna - fits ok, just touches the pullpit upright when stowed. It's a very good anchor.
This topic has come up before, try searching through

Re: [Amel Yacht Owners] Onan shuts down "Fault Breaker" (CB5)
Alexandre,
Yes. Carbon will build more rapidly on a diesel engine that is operated at lower RPMs or load.
Regarding the wiring of the BlueSea 8731, it is wired to the 220 breaker panel.
