Between the stainless steel and the back of the lamp you should find a thin lever that needs to be moved in the opposite direction. From there, you can lift the lamp. Turn it upside down and unscrew

I do not know for sure. Over the years the bow thruster was updated. The basic design was not changed.

For your information, Amel yards are now using 80/90 gear oil for all C Drives.
Some of us will not deviate from the 20/40 oil, but I will use what Amel is using on my next haulout.
