Hi Alexandre,
I need to better understand,

Is the “Fault Breaker (check Generator)” that is

Good afternoon Mark,
I also think the big wave and the generator failure are not connected (unless a module or something inside it got loose/disconnected).
But I think if it was something “engine”

Hi Joel, was back in the boat today, no obvious trace of any salt water in the inlet manifold, but the Anti syphon air bleed Venturi was blocked with rust. Is a welded stainless steel piece so "rust"

Duane,
The way Amel wired the Xantrx 1800 on BeBe 387 was very simple and dies not include a fancy dancy cutover switch.
They wired an extra set of outlets for the inverter, keeping it completely

Thanks Joel. I guess I don't have one then.... There's nothing on the transom. My US coast Guard document lists the IMO as 173 so I've always assumed that was out hin.

Doesn't have the HIN number anywhere. I have all the paper work. Will contact the USCG see what they can do.
Thanks again,

Unless that boat was originally sold to North America and probably the USA in particular, it generally would not have a HIN as European governmental registration agencies used the yard build number

James,
If you are doing this before buying the boat it sounds like there is not too much you can take apart but if you have concerns about seized valve guides then just removing the rocker cover
