I’ll get some posted up in a few hours. I think that our bow thrusters are likely the same.

Duane,
Check for these issues:
Suction leak on the supply side. There was a fiber washer where the copper tube was secured to the pump. It is likely damaged or now missing. You may have difficulty

Not too racy at all, Kent. Just jealous of your opportunities. Keep hearing for the horizon. That usually works.
Have fun with your AMEL .

Re: [Amel Yacht Owners] AMFA A88B fresh water pump
Sorry for your trouble Duanne
I assume you have water in your fresh water tank onboard.
Could there be an "air leak" when you reassemble?
I have installed "pre" (sediment) and "post" (chlorine)

Thanks again Danny. Only one eye affected. I guess I've got about a 1 in 200 chance of having a problem with the other eye, but can't stop living. Like Jimmy Buffet, I'd rather die while I living

AMFA A88B fresh water pump
I dismounted the pump to replace the accumulater tank. After reassembly, it runs but doesn't pump water. Is the pump self-priming, or do I need to do something else?
Thanks,
Duane

We are selling due to a private situation in the family.
Our AMEL is a great vessel, for the price. We have replaced (not yet installed - to be delivered next month) all
