That’s exactly what we did, plus a photo of the colours (they should be). I had the SANTORIN re done in black lettering, painted the background cream and put the letters on. Comparatively

Oh yeah? It probably slowed it down a bit.., but once the moisture gets in, it spreads fast.. especially in plywood. Even marine ply.

Regarding opening the chain locker door to get air circulation, we had built a mahogany louvered cover which we use when not making passage. The appearance is Amel-like and it's easy to put the solid

It lasted one year and quit. The error code was "contact the factory". Xantrex replaced it promptly without waiting for the old one to come back, they

Our newer generation Victron MultiPlus is a bit better at idle power draw, but not wildly so. It has three possible modes.

We installed the «PROsine 1800i Part # 806-1884 24V Hardwire w/ transfer relay», with «Remote Interface Panel Part # 808-1800» similar to what the Amel factory installed on Bill Rouse's boat.
